Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. You have 30 days to request a return for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • Original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items (unless defective or you received the wrong item)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that fall under health and safety regulations

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Email support@thehappycapy.com to initiate a return request
  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions
  3. Ship Your Item: Follow the provided instructions for returning your package
  4. Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
  • Contact us right away at support@thehappycapy.com
  • We'll evaluate the issue and make it right

Size Exchanges

For size exchanges, we recommend:

  1. Return your current item following our standard return process
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for your preferred size

Need to change your size quickly? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order – we may be able to update it before it ships.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item
  2. Approval: You'll be informed whether your refund has been approved
  3. Processing: Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  4. Bank Processing: Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
